Warranty and Crash Replacement


Hunt Bikes will warranty frames & Forks for material defects and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase for the original owner only.

This warranty is subject to approval by Hunt Bikes and is only valid for bicycles damaged under normal use. It does not cover paint/finish issues, minor dents, or issues arising from normal wear and tear. This limited warranty applies to frame and forks only.

This warranty is void if the frameset was not purchased new, through the Hunt Bikes website or an authorized Hunt Bikes Dealer, or if it was not assembled correctly. Owner must retain a copy of their receipt and the warranty period begins from the date of purchase. In the event they do require warranty service, this proof of purchase can be requested by Hunt Bikes.

Should the frame be determined to be defective by Hunt Bikes, Hunt Bikes will repair or replace the frame at Hunt Bikes sole discretion. The customer will be required to pay postage costs of returning the damaged frame. Hunt Bikes will pay for the postage of the warranty frame back to the customer. 

To exercise this warranty, email Hunt Bikes (customerservice@huntbikes.com) as soon as a problem arises. Hunt Bikes will make every effort to repair/replace a warranty claim in a timely fashion and keep you riding.

 

Crash Replacement Procedure: For those of you who bring honesty, integrity and a sense of responsibility for your actions, and who are honest with us about how the frame came to be in it’s current ‘crashed’ state (for example: dude, I totally just drove my bike into the garage), or if your bike is outside the warranty period. We have a no fault, no questions asked ‘crash replacement’ policy. Hunt Bikes does offer a crash/accident replacement program - 15% off a replacement frame.
