These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges. Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel, and are not included in the cost of delivery. Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.

Delivery Times and Tracking 

• Following receipt of your order you will receive an automated email advising of the tracking number for your bike frame
• Bike frames generally arrive to most locations around the world in less than 10 working days 

 

DELIVERY CONDITIONS

6. Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no additional charge

8. All orders are subject to availability of items at the time of dispatch. We do our best to maintain up to date and accurate information regarding stock levels. If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email and refund you for those items.
