MAProgress (tracking) registration and SPOT tracker hire

Shane Davidson from MAProgress has set up the tracking website for the event and has also offered a very discounted price for those that need to hire a tracker for the event. 

Shane is also flying over from NZ to ride the event with us!

Riders can register for the tracking by going to
https://huntbikessnowymountains1000.maprogress.com/event/join, it should be
fairly self-explanatory. It costs $72 for registration including tracker hire, and $32 for connection only (if you have your own satellite
tracker). I fly into Canberra at lunchtime on the Friday and I will be at
the Grand Depart where I can distribute any hired trackers, I will collect
the trackers again on the following Saturday including any hired from Oz
Satellite Rentals. If a rider is not starting in the Grand Depart then they
need to untick Spot Gen 3 Messenger on the Devices tab and provide their
own tracker or hire elsewhere, Oz Satellite Rentals (in Melbourne) have a special deal for
this and a number of Spot Messengers available.

 

Note that you will also need some form of GPS for the event. OZ satellite have GPS units for hire and I'm sure you can find them other places as well.
